March for Palestine - Centre Square - 2pm.

do you mean 'criticism of Israel with anti Semitism'?

Conflating Judaism with Israel or Zionism is the problem because it assumes that Jews are a homogenous group who all think and act alike but in reality Many Jews are anti Zionists and or anti Israel.
Criticism of Zionism or Israel is fine. Many Zionists are antisemitic themselves and you can see Zionist activists on social media every day using the conflation tool for their own ends. Having people believe that Jews are all Zionists who support the actions of the State of Israel drums up antisemitism and strengthens their hand.

This was never an official claim. A CNN journo picked up a rumour and reported as fact. Within 24 hours the befuddled old man in the White House repeated it - apparently freewheeling at the podium, and the Israel govt denied it - or at least found no evidence of it.

Plenty of horrific stuff from the 7th is verifiable as is plenty of horrific stuff within Gaza since then.

Never an official claim but the leader of the free world did state it was a fact?

This is worth a look
Factually incorrect.
Invention.
Not even well thought out propaganda.
Try this:

The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine by Ilan Pappe - an Israeli Jew, respected around the world for his research and his understanding and lived experience of Israel. His parents were German Jews who fled the Nazi`s and he was born in Haifa [which you may know is Israels third largest City on the Meditteranean coast]. He studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and completed his PHd at University of Oxford. He is now Professor at the European Center of Palestine Studies at the University of Exeter.

*[This is a shorter read than the other two books: a couple of days at most]

Here`s a summary:

In this groundbreaking book, published on the fiftieth anniversary of the Occupation, the outspoken and radical Israeli historian Ilan Pappe examines the most contested ideas concerning the origins and identity of the contemporary state of Israel. The 'ten myths' that Pappe explores - repeated endlessly in the media, enforced by the military, accepted without question by the world's governments - reinforce the regional status quo. He explores the claim that Palestine was an empty land at the time of the Balfour Declaration, as well as the formation of Zionism and its role in the early decades of nation building. He asks whether the Palestinians voluntarily left their homeland in 1948, and whether June 1967 was a war of 'no choice.' Turning to the myths surrounding the failures of the Camp David Accords and the official reasons for the attacks on Gaza, Pappe explains why the two-state solution is no longer viable.

This book lays bare the real mission of the Zionist entity.

If these marches are anywhere other than Israel then they are a waste of time, as it’s only the Israel government who can stop the war.

The OEPB union representing Barcelona's dockers said they "reject all forms of violence" following their refusal to load and unload weaponry intended for Israel.

The Barcelona port stevedores' union has refused to load and unload any military material headed to Israel amid the war in Gaza, where Israel ruthlessly carried out a military campaign, killing over 10,300 Palestinians - mostly children and women - since 7 October.

The union also urged the protection of civilian populations in areas of conflict, following a similar move by Belgian transport unions last week.

In a statement, the workers stressed the "absolute rejection of any form of violence" and see it as an "obligation and commitment to vehemently defend" the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which they say are being violated in Gaza, and other war-hit areas.

The decision on Monday is mostly symbolic and seeks to encourage other Spanish ports to follow suit, the secretary of the OEPB union, Josep Maria Deop, told Reuters on Tuesday.

I remember something similar at Teesport around the time of Live Aid. They found a couple of containers of scotch bound for Addis Ababa and refused to load them.
