Showed a nice bit of skill and appears to have good technique.

I loved the way he brought the ball down with his chest when somebody played a ball across to him late on in the game.

You could see almost straight away he is technically very good with the ball and had a calmness about him. Especially in tight situations. He's going to be some player.

He will get starts. He’s built a squad to cope with a busy programme of games coming up. Basically 2 a week for most weeks and that will need 16 players contributing. Tav will need resting. He ran his socks off yesterday.

Great to see Connolly and Balogun lasting almost the full game yesterday and giving Sporar and Watmore a rest after Wednesday.

I presume he’ll take Martin Payero’s place on the bench, now he’s out injured for a time. Alternatively, CW might start rotating his midfield like he did with his forwards yesterday. He’s not scared to make the right decision as he sees fit for the benefit of the team.

Wonder if he could be used at LWB some games? Give Taylor a rest while Bola is still out and might see us creating down both flanks in equal measure.

He'll be starting when Crooks gets his next booking, as he'll be missing for 2 matches, that booking will come soon enough too because Crooks is a very physical player.

Was impressed with what I saw from McGree in his brief minutes, seemed to have a bit of quality about him.

We’ve needed completion for places for the last 2-3 seasons. Crooks and Tav need to be at their best or McGee will be in, same with the front 4.
