militant cyclists

I'm a casual cyclist, but those chods who ride two or three a breast on busy are pure morons and give the rest of us a bad name. If I'm a passenger in a car i'lll take photos of the said morons and shame you.
You're wasting your time taking photos unless you want to gaze at men in lycra? It's completely legal and is in the highway code, Rule 66 if memory serves me correctly.

I know it annoys drivers, but I really don't understand why.

here we go.
Now, at this point I'm on the other side of quite a narrow road and driving under 30mph.
I'm a bit confused and need advice.
Is this a driving offence?
Am I crazy to think this isn't a driving offence?
What am I supposed to do?

I’d say it’s over a meter by that pic but maybes as the road bent to the left your back end passed closer than your front would have done?

think you are right.
The bloke with the camera behind had probably worked it out and done his maths.

obviously his cycling mate behind has the camera and sent this to the police.

Am I guilty?
I am a cyclist and I would be fine if this was the norm as mentioned by many already on every ride you get cars within inches of you, and bloody farmers pulling trailers are the worst of the lot not sure if they forget about the trailer on the back of the jeep swinging in😬

I'm also a cyclist and would not think of reporting this to the police or consider it as danger, so I'm puzzled why they do.
