Karanka’s promotions season it was about 14 and that was after we’d reached the playoff final.

Howson is a player I'd bring in a long-term replacement for but would be more than happy for him to start.

So that's 6-7 out of 11.

We need a new goalkeeper, a left wing back and 2 strikers if we're sticking to the same formation.
But I'd probably expect Wilder to bring in a left footed centre back if Fry is sold and McNair would be moved to the middle of the 3.

pretty much agree with that, but I'd expect paddy to play at the right of the three. Think we will sign a LCB and IF fry leaves sign a more dominant type centre back to play in the centre of a 3.

We'll clearly have a new GK next season.

I don't think either WB position is nailed down. One more CD and CM and two new strikers.

In reality the above is probably the position we'll get to NEXT summer - I think there's too much work to do with the squad this summer to get our preferred 11 (and squad) in place before the deadline.
