He could be the next big thing but also moving to England in a predominantly English speaking squad is a risk.

I certainly would bash Boro or Gibson if it falls through. We have clearly put a hell of a lot of effort into this deal. I hope that if even for one second he's having doubts or getting his head turned then we sack him off.

If we get him then fine. If we don't then 'meh' as he's costing a few quid and don't want anyone not really onboard. I kind of got a feeling when we started looking at Patterson that that maybe this deal is stalling or frankly to may hoops to jump through.
