Was referring to the Fail article. Was tempted by the photos showing cushions etc., and curious to discover what monstrous 5hite Rotheremere's finest were going to write about that. But not that curious.

I never either, I followed Dan Neidle ripping Dan Hodges a new one over his meltdown about it.

This is why it isn't landing. Rayner at best has taken duff advice during a house sale, these guys have been playing the system to pump loads of cash into their own accounts on an industrial scale.

Its the same cheap trick as with people on benefits - receive £10 more than you should, you're a sneak on the take - win a contract for millions of pounds but under-deliver? You're just enterprising.

It never ceases to amaze me how readily the Great British public let these thieving, corrupt charlatan con-artists off the hook, or how easily they allow themselves to be played and distracted. Maybe, finally, there is a collective waking up occurring and no amount of gammon poking or distracting will work. There are small signs that the Tories long trusted modus operandi is not cutting it anymore and even a large proportion of the most naive/ill-informed/not-very-bright, are starting to see through their game…. Fingers crossed!
 
What I have noticed is how much of an easy ride she gets from the media when she is on doing various tv interviews. It's like she's best mates with them all. Maybe they all just genuinely like her. I don't know

Makes you wonder how popular Dowden and Hands must be, having nobody ask them about Tory d*ck pics and Lord Bamfords HoL exit / £500m tax swerve.
 
This could (?) really backfire on the Tories.
If she has been found to commit an offence - it will be a minor one.
She will do the honourable thing and resign.

Labour can then list the many many Tories who have committed worse - Sunak, Johnson, Wragg, Zahawi, Braverman, Cleverley, etc who mugged the system and electorate by not taking responsibility.
