I think its related to the childcare companies his wife having a stake in directly benefitting from the recent budget announcements. Which is one way to get around forgetting to buy a mother's day card
 
These investigations seem to take a long time to get sorted.

Raab’s bullying case still hasn’t reached a conclusion and he will no doubt be retired long before we get one!

As has already been suggested, I imagine this latest issue will be kicked into the long grass also.
 
It will just disappear into the lawn in the back garden of No10. Which they keep extra long for just these emergencies.
 
There must be a dinghy of immigrants coming across the channel that needs urgently highlighting by the news outlets about now?
 
I think hes toast, if he thinks he can defeat all the strikes by acting tough.. Its going to get messy and nasty over strikes i cant see many caving in and going back to work, i think hes seriously underestimated the workers resolve.
 
Look, the poor sods are down to their last £700m after they had to pay tax, which they totally and utterly thought that they were entitled to dodge. They have to make the money back somehow.
