Season card renewal

The 'single digital platform' for your account and ticket sales that the club trumpeted some years back seems anything but to me. Whenever I've tried to buy my season ticket seat for cup matches I seem to go round in circles without the site offering me my own ticket, it's not very intuitive. Of course my son informs me .... "it's just you, you're not very good with 'tech'" .... which is complete b***ks.:giggle:
I find it really hard work. I'm no computer buff but never find anywhere else such a faff on. Ended up ringing despite them emailing me to say to renew - as it wouldn't accept my reference number as being attached to the same email address they sent my renewal to!!
 
I do get asked quite often to put in my pin at chip & pin machines for small tranactions. Retailers tell me random checks are not uncommmon say 1 in 10 can get asked, but its always worked after the pin is used. For payment on line I would expect to be asked for verification for anything over £100 after the new SCA rules. The Season ticket could be different, because it can be cancelled by MFC if a solen card has been used to purchase it.

It sounds like some MFC accounts need cleaning up so only the most recent data is present. I see this as a joint responsibility between MFC and user. Data includes account number, payment card number, phone number (for verification codes).
 
Just did mine, phoned and was first in queue but took a while to get answeredd but then went through very easily and had my credit applied so all done.
