Season card renewal

Anyone else (other than me) , still having issues processing a renewal online ?
I ended up ringing the ticket office as they couldn’t apply the covid credit online. Seems daft as you’d think it’d be a straightforward thing to do

I've had an MFC account since they started and never been able to buy tickets online....no one seems to know why .So,I have to go down the route of " your call is important to us, you are number 80 in the queue"

tried all our cards and all being declined, this needs sorting this week, can’t renew online, tried to buy a couple of additional Fulham tickets, no joy there, went to the ticket office on Sat, only to find it closed, when checking on the website, it says only open Mon-Fri 10am to 3pm??? Phoned yesterday while at work and was 33 in the queue so had to disconnect.

MFC should be extending opening hours (outside working hours) and/or increasing the number of call handlers while these problems persist.
Look after your customers.
Please.

The deadline isn't till 15th April...
Chill
Thanks 👍
But these card issues have persisted a while now and with MFC not willing to put any interim measures in place, such as extending ticket office hours beyond the usual office hours, then it causes a bit of a bow wave as we move towards that deadline.

That’s fine if you can get down but the opening hours are very much reduced and align to normal working hours.
Why have to Club not done a pop up shop in the Town. I can see people giving up on renewing. The Club must know they have an issue but there seems to be very little evidence on resolving the matter.

I had the issue of my card being refused so I tried others advice of attaching my debit card to my MFC Account. There was already a card attached but the details were screwed up. Once I deleted it and added the correct details it all went through OK.

If you think about it when you ring up the ticket office they are only entering the same card details you are trying on line. Entry by a vendor must work differently somehow and I think this route must be used when you attach card details.

It is very disheartening, their speed of reaction is either very slow or non existant and never seem to be able to think outside the box, not even an update on the issues, customer service is very poor.

Thank Christ!

I've just done this and it worked first time.

Absolute clown shoes that the club can't either fix this or add something to the site informing you that you need a card saved to your account to make purchases.

I do find the whole website quite poorly laid out and find myself going loops quite often where a link will open a page back to another page.

But sorted now finally.

The 'single digital platform' for your account and ticket sales that the club trumpeted some years back seems anything but to me. Whenever I've tried to buy my season ticket seat for cup matches I seem to go round in circles without the site offering me my own ticket, it's not very intuitive. Of course my son informs me .... "it's just you, you're not very good with 'tech'" .... which is complete b***ks.:giggle:

I agree it is a bit rubbish,, there should be a big box as soon as you log in saying (for example) "Buy your seat for the Chelsea match". Instead you have to go via an obscure link in your profile.

Same!

I had no problems purchasing cup tickets or any away tickets this season including a Peterborough ticket.

I tried to renew my season card this morning and it refused all three cards I tried to use, including my registered debit card.

The system is shambolic, and nothing appears to have been done to resolve the ongoing issues people are having.

I refuse to hang on the telephone line by being 80th in the queue. I have e-mailed the club, and received an automated reply saying someone will respond to my enquiry within 10 days.

You couldn’t really make it up….

Did you have to manually enter your registered debit card details when trying to pay for the season ticket?
