I find it really hard work. I'm no computer buff but never find anywhere else such a faff on. Ended up ringing despite them emailing me to say to renew - as it wouldn't accept my reference number as being attached to the same email address they sent my renewal to!!The 'single digital platform' for your account and ticket sales that the club trumpeted some years back seems anything but to me. Whenever I've tried to buy my season ticket seat for cup matches I seem to go round in circles without the site offering me my own ticket, it's not very intuitive. Of course my son informs me .... "it's just you, you're not very good with 'tech'" .... which is complete b***ks.
