Looks like it already is…5pm tomorrow for completion or the deal is off.
Ashley doesn't care about owning a club, he cares about profiting. Derby are in such a mess that it's likely going to take a decade and a bit of luck to profit. There are better investments than that, surelyAshley would be the best man for them he’d buy that stadium. I can believe anyone who wants a club moan about £20m for an stadium
Sounds like...."Sort your **** out, quickly, or we can't add you to the league one fixtures."
Hel buy that stadium for £20m then remortgage it for it’s true value £89m get them back in the prem and sell the club . Piece of ****Ashley doesn't care about owning a club, he cares about profiting. Get back in the prem will require a massive investment in the club and a number of years, that's the biggest concernHel buy that stadium for £20m then remortgage it for it’s true value £89m get them back in the prem and sell the club . Piece of ****
£36M is the current HMRC debt according to the latest report on the BBC website. It was in the region of £26m but the players have still been getting paid so presumably it's more than that now.
Every penny paid, or I'll be starting a petition at the HoC........................£36M is the current HMRC debt according to the latest report on the BBC website.
Presumably having put them into the hands of the administrators Mel Morris has no liability from a Derby perspective but it is the club that's in administration rather than MM. As long as the deal was between MFC or Steve Gibson and MM then I don't see the outcome of the administration being of any relevance unless there was a clause in the agreement that it was subject to DCFC coming out of administration.Forgive me if this is a silly question, but would the financial arrangement between Mel Morris and Gibbo be in jeopardy if Derby are liquidated?
I believe the proviso was when MM sells Pride Park the 3m will be paid. The question is, is that sells it for football use to Derby County FC or sells it to anyone for any use, such as for flats and a big tesco, because that is looking a more likely proposition right nowPresumably having put them into the hands of the administrators Mel Morris has no liability from a Derby perspective but it is the club that's in administration rather than MM.
