So an update on Arthur and his squatting in my right girlie fun bag

Good news Legz, thanks for sharing with us all, you sound like you are coping with this well, although I'm sure you've had some dark moments too, but for what it's worth we are all here supporting you

Great news, as a doctor I met through work once explained “We can cure virtually anything…….as long as we catch it early enough”. Sounds promising.

Hi Legz.
My wife met Bill Arthurs brother in 2011. She bulldozed both of his houses down and went through the same warfare as you did.
She got the all clear in 2015 and came off all follow up sweets in april 2023. I am happy to say she is still with us, is stronger for the experience and her war is over. She certainley Kicked his ****.
I wish you a full recovery and all the best for your future.
Keep up the fight and kick Arthurs ****!

Thanks for such an uplifting thread. Makes me feel akin to a Boro fan cheering the other night. Best wishes to you and all of yours.

So, just left hospital....all very positive. Very treatable and hasn't spread so had treatment options and I've decided to bulldoze his house down (mastectomy) which is what I've wanted to do since I found out and I'm going in the 15th of next month. Just to make sure he hasn't left any belongings behind he's also getting a bit of chemical warfare after (chemo). I'm strangely happy today....its what I wanted to hear....I was more scared of being told it had spread. Plus they've said it's not a hereditary thing so the 16 year old daughters not gonna have to worry about the future!!
Wishing you all the luck in the world Legz, my wife has just been through the same thing so I’m now somewhat of an expert on it.
So many options to chose from on the operation which was hard.

The NHS were fantastic and my wife is now ok.

If you want to ask any questions private then please ask away.

Good luck

Great news Legz.

Ask if you can visit the chemo room, I did. Was not what I expected. Plus the free food is always a bonus.

You will be on the other side of this in quick time, onwards and upwards.

Brilliant stuff Legz. Kick the auld creep in the bollix and then a bit more, just for luck. Best of luck with the op and the zapping afterwards x

Great news Legz! Mrs GOG went through this almost 30 years ago, and the treatment (including reconstruction) was first class at JCUH. Best wishes, you're obviously made of strong stuff.💪

Thats great news Legz. I also love the positivity coming from you. My neice had exactly the same procedure back end of last year and has now been given the all clear! Keep smiling Legz, sending love and hugs👍.
