It's the option e that will have a civil revolt happening. The others are just encouragement.
 
I must admit in Tesco’s this morning there were quite a few more people wearing masks than I have seen in the last few weeks, so people are starting to take note of the COVID wave that seems to be sweeping across Europe right now, of course they are protecting other people in the main, so fair play to them.

Remember mandatory covid vaccines were conspiracy theory 12 months ago too. It'll be the young that drive these protests.

A lot subtley changes over time Randy. Vaccines were a sure fire way out of the pandemic, covid passports, covid job requirements and mandatory vaccinations.

To be fair, I don't think we will implement passports or vaccination equirements on NHS staff and that is probably, largely to do with the tory back benchers who grumble about wearing a mask. Whilst they are largely responsible for the huge death toll by fighting lockdowns, they will, ironically enough, be the reason we don't go down the road of some other countries.

I would also highlight the countries trying to impose mandatory vaccination have a woeful takeup of the vaccine at around 43%. That doesn't give them the carte blanche to mandatorily vaccinate their population, and interestingly enough, if 57% are not vaccinated, it suggests the majority of the population would be opposed to the measure.
 
draconian definitely, though - society - is having to battle the "..Pandemic of the Feebleminded" ..I know it's Germany, though it is similar mindset..
If people won't help protect their fellow citizens - this is more than medical exemptions - then the state has to step in to protect the majority....

The only time I can recall a government dictating to this extent is the second world war.
 
Just ran into a covid conspiracy march in Leeds - I cannot understand how people have been so taken in by lies and misinformation.

I am still personally having to deal with people dying of covid at work - so be told to wake up and not believe the media is ridiculous. If anything the media is downplaying the current situation.

It left me body shakingly angry.
 
I am at a loss that some people think this is a good idea. Probably the same people who are pro-choice on the abortion issue.

It will be counterproductive and fuel antivax sentiment.

If I had said to you in mid 2020, that there would be vaccine passports, you would be forced by law to have the jab or you would lose your job, be fined and get a criminal record. I would have been told to take off my tin foil hat.

If you want to spend the rest of your life being coerced that you cannot fulfil day to day activities like going for a walk, visiting family members at their own houses or watching a Sunday league pub team without your (insert number) booster, you be my guest. Not all of us want to spend the rest of our lives like that. And for the record. I have had my jabs and I would like more people to get them. But this is despicable, and it just demonstrates how the relationship between the government and its citizens has completely transformed. They are supposed to serve us and have little interference in our lives.
