He didn’t, he was poor throughout unfortunately. Today’s performance will ensure he goes out on loan to hopefully learn.
 
Our squad is paper thin but Spence flatters to deceive. He started off showing some great football but as drifted back into mediocrity. Is he actually suited to the North East. I would sell to a Southern team if we could get some cash.

Correct. I've been to a Tromso match vs Viking back in October 2015. They won 3-1 and IIRC it was their last or second to last home game of the season and virtually guaranteed they'd stay up. (y) 👌

I'm guessing Coluka is so under-whelmed by Spence that he doesn't want to sell him somewhere he is likely to be happy i.e back in the smoke.
If he doesn't like the cold and quiet, then Tromso is colder and quieter.

I can see where he is coming from, as Spence is starting to be more disappointing than promising.
I still hope he sees the light, listens to Warnock, concentrates and applies himself.
 
Fry looks to have had 5 stitches , 2 below the eye 3 on the eye lid , and in the picture he is smiling , so looks like he will be ok .
Wood and Spence did themselves no favours , but will learn from the experience .

Wood looked a bit raw today. I can see why Warnock wants him out on loan somewhere.

Spence could have a role wide right further up the pitch for me (maybe backup to Tav?) but doesn't look good enough for full back.

They couldn’t just magic experience out of nowhere.. if they were 100% the finished article they would be starting week in week out.

Wood was thrown in at the deep end whereas Spence has had quite a few opportunities to impress. Sorry to say but he has not got the appetite or the fight for a play off position battle. I would sell tomorrow.

Rubbish op

Wood did ok until the goal then he looked drained of confidence.
Spence was rubbish all the way through. Really rubbish
