Spence On His Way?

Suspicious.. did we say we’d listen to offers for him and a few prem clubs have been sniffing..

Rangers have rejected a bid of £5m for right back Nathan Patterson from Everton. They laughed it off saying no where near enough, but , the 19 year old is not in the squad v Celtic today , so could something be happening?
Spence could be seen as his replacement , or , could Everton see Spence as a cheaper alternative with more experience?
We will know by Tuesday evening.

Rangers fans on Twitter seem to be thinking £8m+ for Nathan Patterson to Liverpool.. I'm guessing that's where Djed Spence comes in.
 
He'd be a fool to go there unless they're offering him a much bigger contract than he has with Boro. I thought he'd started the season well so if he does move on then that'd be a shame, IMO. People will point to money raised through selling him but unless it's reinvested properly it's a pointless move to weaken the squad by needlessly offloading a promising young player.

It’s a decent shout seen as we were linked with him in the past. It didn’t work out for whatever reason.
