Well, it was a Tuesday.....I had no idea it was on a Wednesday now....
I mean, they are European champions and they got to the world cup final this year. Are you surprised? How has Broad not won that.
Woman footballer won it last year too - shock.
Because nobody cares about cricket? How has Broad not won that.
Woman footballer won it last year too - shock.
Winning Euros followed by a World Cup final, fair game if you ask me.Woman footballer won it last year too - shock.
Well, except when there are worthy winners like in 2019, 2005, 1981 etc.Because nobody cares about cricket?
It was on a Thursday in 2011 too.I had no idea it was on a Wednesday now....
I mean because detori is clearly Italian so how can he be eligibleWinning Euros followed by a World Cup final, fair game if you ask me.
Although, as I said on another thread, the fact she was so nailed on is a bit of a representation of the sort of year the UK has had in sport. And the way she's AS famous for 'swearing' as she is for her performances is a bit sad in my opinion. No idea why women swearing is such a big deal, and a positive one at that.
Dettori and Broad were 'swansong' nominations, I'd have opposed both, personally.
Yeah we did this on the other thread. If he's eligible, why not Haaland etc. Something in the rules about 'conducting the majority of your sporting activity in then UK'. Load of boll0x in my opinion though.I mean because detori is clearly Italian so how can he be eligible
Anyway, a thumbs up for the winner form me
The winner is but I don’t think the nominees are anymore. Is the winner not decided by the public?
Did anyone who’s upset that a woman footballer won it actually vote?
Footballers will ALWAYS have an edge over every other sport. It's just way more popular.Because nobody cares about cricket?
The last three winners have been female, and all thoroughly deserved it.
Why even bring gender into it? What's wrong with back to back (to back) female winners?
