Tav.

He was definitely better Saturday but played his part in our very good 70 minutes today and no better or worse than half a dozen others

just don't think it is happening for him atm, but he is clearly not dreadful. he fizzed one excellent ball across the box 1st half which Watmore very nearly got on the end of. he is bright, forward thinking and also tracks back well.

Chris is right he is dreadful, all these apologists giving it he is a good player just having a tough time nonsence.

Get him packed off first offer we get for me

Exactly.

He came through the Academy so he can do no wrong.

He is dreadful. He overplays it all the time and is a big time Charlie.

I see Wilder has slammed the players attitudes and for thinking about their own performances only... Well if that isn't Tav in that group then I'll eat my hat.

It hasn’t happened for him this season but lets not write him off. He was poor tonight, but he really should have scored just before their second. He’s got the potential to be a very good player for us, hopefully Wilder can start to coach him and get the best out of him.
Exactly this. I said to my son Tav should have at least made the keeper work with that chance. Do that and Preston don't break.

And yet he still created more chances than Jones who gave the ball away every time he touched it…..
Exactly. A player who spends more time on the ball than any other in the side. His mistakes get pounced on and yet in the second half last night errors crept in all over the pitch. I still maintain he’s one of our most talented players and his confidence and final ball needs developing not thrown away.

He was good on Saturday but he went back to driving me mental tonight, the only good thing I can say when he plays like that is that he has a lot of energy. That's about it.

The famous energy quote emerges again.

I'm sick of hearing about "tavs energy". Might as well sign Kipchoge then.

He's been absolutely turgid all season and needs dropping straight away. His attitude is stinking as well.

He thinks he's the best player at the club.

100% and I don't think it will take Wilder long to figure him out.

Why do you think he has a bad attitude?
Why would experienced managers like Warnock and Wilder play him every match if he has a bad attitude?

Why would Wilder reference him amongst the 'experienced players' who played well on Sat if he was such a liability?

"“I thought (Lee) Peltier, (Paddy) McNair, (Jonny) Howson were great, (Marcus) Tavernier was outstanding,”
