Team tonight

we're not making hte play offs, but it would be good to finish the season strong and keep the slither of hope going a little longer.

I'd also play 5 at the back,Hull play old school 442, so a 352 allows you to have a spare man vs the 2 strikers, and force the opposition wingers to play deeper in midfield otherwise our 5 get a massive overload.

...............Ayling...RVDB...Clarke
Jones................................................Engel
..........Hackeny..Howson...O'Brien

Think we might go a little bit more solid tonight...

Also, think we'll be in the lucky white kit:love:
If he puts Jonny in midfield, I’ll be happy, however, he hasn’t played in there for 3games or 4 weeks.
It’s a different type of stamina fitness required for central midfield versus at the back.
I expect he will be blowing out of his backside after 75 mins - I hope he’s subbed at the right time because that could cost us dearly! 🙈🙏🏻

No point setting up defensively, a draw is no use to us

That seems logical, but I wonder if playing in a front footed attacking way might play into Hulls hands, they're tactics are to sit deep and catch teams on the counter. We might just have to be patient, if it's 0-0 after 65/70 minutes that's not bad for us. Their crowd will get jumpy, especially with their recent home form and hopefully we can catch them with the old 1-2 rope-a-dope sucker punch!

. Great post. I tend to agree although I’ll be bricking it if it’s 0-0 after 70 mins but their crowd will get jumpy and scratchy applying pressure to them fcukers on the pitch.

Come on you mighty Reds.

Trust in the project and Michael

Norwich play Preston next, whatever that result is means we have the chance of gaining points on at least one of them.
Preston have a nightmare run in. playing Norwich, Southampton, QPR and Leicester.

QPR are the only ones not in the playoff Mix.
