Tell me a FACT or SECRET about yourself....

I never saw a game at Ayresome - I believe I went to the club shop... but was too young for an actual match

I have 2 different coloured eyes (brown and green). I recently had an eye test and at vision express and the guy filled me many different coloured eyes facts.

I don't want to reveal to much of my identity. I'm like batman. I don't need folk walking up to me and at a game saying 'oh you're S7Discodown and you chat sh*t' 😂
Don't worry mate, half the people on here know what your brown eye looks like I'm sure.............

I saved a woman from a house fire.

(Sort of).

It went like this:

In middle of a housing estate, saw some really horrible 70s style orange blinds (which was odd bearing in mind it was 2020). Then I realised the blinds were flickering. Then I realised I was thick as mince as the house was on fire.

Ran over, booted the door through (eventually). Couldn’t get more than a foot into the house coz of the thick black smoke pouring out of the entire door (other than from the floor to about 1ft up).

Neighbours told me that there was one lady in the house.

Ran round the back of the house to see if could get in there. Same thing happened.

By the time I got back round the front the neighbours said she had been screaming from the upstairs window, but had stopped.

Felt helpless. Thought she was dead.

Fire brigade got there, went straight in. Brought her out a few mins later. Started CPR in her front garden.

Ambulance arrived. She came back around and made a full recovery.

Fire brigade said as they hadn’t had to smash the door down, the extra minute or two I’d saved by them probably saved her life. Not sure if they were just being kind or not.

Interesting. Care to expand?
No problem.
Norway - Stavanger Aftenblad newspaper. We were over in Haugesund working on a O&G job. The jazz festival had hit town. On a normal night out on the sauce a reporter heard our English accents and came over and started to talk to me. I told him we travel round Europe visiting many towns for their Jazz Festivals and Haugesund was the best we had come across plus other guff 🤣. Anyway on the monday there was half s page spread about me and my pals and how much we loved Haugesund (plus photos). I’ve got a copy somewhere.

Egypt - March 2020 when I was in the Egyptian health care system with covid. There had been a handful of foreigners who were taken to Egypt hospitals off cruise ships early doors and had been released. I was the only foreigner in their health system at this point and was interacting with various Drs & nurses via facebook (I was in locked in isolation so only saw people twice a day for 5 mins) and it was picked up on by a local reporter who was following the hospital for updates. There was s few photos of me with the nurses in full covid ppe. Quite a bizarre time being one the first 160 people to catch it in the country and being locked away for 37 days. There was a decent size article in the main Alexandria newspaper and snippets in the national press. I then received a letter of goodwill from the Commander of the Northern Egyptian military which is basically Egypts 2nd in command.

Been in the gazette a few times but it’s not quite the same.

Top Bantz Jonny.

Great effort.

No you can't I got told off for saying it a while back
I wrote it thinking its probably wrong. If you went to a doctors and had something put down that 'hole'. How would anyone describe it?

I'd say 90% of men would say that phrase.I don't see anyone saying I had a cotton wool bud put down my urethra😂

I slept with everyone of the Housemartins and really enjoyed myself.
I was in a mates flat in Hull and there were many others dossing around.

The opposite for me, I hate the Housemartins after being arrested to a chorus of Caravan of Love sung by the massed ranks of Redcar Casuals outside the old Sandpiper after getting into a kerfuffle with one of their own.
