Our fishing boats will have full support of the Royal Navy (including machine guns) so they can fish wherever they want I believe.

I‘m sure if there is any hassle the RAF will be on standby as well.

Do that and who is going to buy the fish? NB we do not eat the fish caught in our waters.
 
We eat prawns, well they do down saaff. Do we not catch cod in british waters or are they deep atlantic fish?

Most dont want to catch cod due to the fishing quotas. When they do and they are over they just dump it. Even though the fish is dead.

If they don’t buy our fish then Johnson will drop bombs on Berlin and Paris until they do.

Or at least that’s half what I’m expecting to hear him say next.

When Johnson was going around telling lies to get Brexit election votes I don’t remember fishing even being talked about much.

Now we are sending the armed forces in.

You couldn’t make it up, he really is trying to relive past wars with European countries.

He is unbelievably dangerous.

Wasn't aware of that Coops, I know nothing about fishing except locke park has very few fish, but albert park has loads, or they did back in the 70's and 80's

People don't seem to understand or care that we are spending so much to ensure our trade remains the same (I.e. didn't improve despite our "sovereignty"). Framed it perfectly regarding the British people Try and keep reminding yourself how many bare faced lies the likes of Johnson Gove raab Patel told and still tell to confuse quite a few million of people into voting to leave
Billions wasted trying to make it work and like you say, people don’t seem to care (if I thought about it too much then my blood would basically boil constantly based on your points above)
Billions wasted on Brexit whilst the nhs struggles for funds as do many other departments
I just want the Tories to pay for this generational debacle for generations to come
Just hoping the EU stay strong so Johnson starts to sink as he trashes our country

Ha i wasnt until I watched a celebrity fishing programme. Anthony worrel thomas was on it. It was a trawler out for weeks as they do. Literally throwing 1000s fish back into the water. As a chef he thought it was ridiculous
 
Good old Boris letting the froggy fishermen know that if they sail anywhere near our fish they'll soon have a mighty british gunboat to deal with. Rule Britannia eh chaps.

That said the first sign of a british gunboat near a french trawler and your average 'gilets jaunes' frenchie will forget about Paris for a while and will be blockading every port in the channel. I mean it's almost a national pastime for this lot they are world beaters at it.
