Drop in new cases stuttering?
Must be schools going back and the twice weekly testing involved. A couple of family and close friends have kids off this week because of a positive LFT but no symptoms. Even my youngest is off till next week with a positive LFT but a negative PCR which we got the results for this morning. Booked another one tomorrow to rule it out completely.Yes, I was going to highlight that but decided to give it another day or so, in order to see if it's a real trend. Could just be a blip at this stage or could be something systematic, perhaps related to the return of schoolchildren after Christmas?
It seems it but traditionally thrusday is the worst day of the week. So the drop maybe stuttering but I don't think it points to a rise just yetDrop in new cases stuttering?
Really don't see why they decided to relax everything....it's no hardship wearing a mask in shops etc...I've said before that my borough was the COVIDest place in the country just before Christmas and saw a huge increase in cases before everywhere else. Since the new year we have also seen a huge decrease in cases. Until the last three days when it (the 7-day average of new cases) has gone more or less flat. Just when the government has decided to remove all COVID measures.
