The seemingly daily flow of government corruption

Haven't corroborated this one yet as it's from twitter but this is a classic steal:

The government paid Uniserve £300million for ppe.
All the ppe is either unwanted or unusable.
So it's sitting in 10000 storage containers
Which is causing a storage container shortage
and
Costing the taxpayers a million pounds a day to store.
The storage company we are paying the million pounds a day to?
Uniserve

The lengths this shower would go to was predicted well before the last election.

Oh, and they promised to 'get Brexit done', which made them even more attractive to the electorate.

We've got the government we deserve I'm afraid. The country is making strides backwards, the overt corruption now being championed by the subjects.

Nothing sums up the Tory party better than Richard Drax. Or to give his full name

Richard Grosvenor Plunkett-Ernle-Erle-Drax

It's important we, as citizens, never let this corruption be forgot. The media will cover it up and the majority of the electorate, which is non political, will forget by the next by-election/councel election general election. It's important we don't let them forget. We keep highlighting this corruption until it stinks them out.

The average Tory voter couldn't care less about any of this corruption, and is happy to believe that its all the left wing biased fake news media trying to destabilise an excellent government who have delivered on every promise and are making Britain great again.

and of course they are all secretly jealous of such shysters, and aspire to be like them one day.

This is true. There is a hardcore of Tories who will defend any criminal in a blue rosette. That's one place they differ form Labour really. They'll blindly follow their crooks whereas I've noticed labour supporters will argue that their leader is too socialist, or not socialist enough, or the right amount of socialist, but (for example) hates Jews.

This hardcore can't be got to but I believe their are enough floating voters, like myself, ostensibly a small c conservative, that can be dissuaded from voting Tory by the current corruption. The twin issues being, the right wing media will do a strong cover up and hatchet job leading up to the election and voter apathy is massive in this country, so they will go along with this propaganda.

That's why it's up to us that see the corruption, and are angry about it, to make sure it is never forgotten.

On today of all days "Remember, remember"

I get this 100%, but I do wonder if small c voter apathy/displeasure will lead to them not voting at all rather than voting against the Blue machine.

I fear you may be right. I would hope not though. I'm probably angrier then most because of my political leaning. At least you labour supporters can turn round and see "well what did you expect" etc. But when you go in for an (albiet more liberal) from of conservatism to see the Tory party so corrupt and so far to the right its a betrayal and an affront.

I get a load of grief, rightfully I admit, for voting Tory at the last election but I genuinely did vote on local issue and my faith in the tory candidate over the labour one, who famously couldn't remember her parties manifesto at the last election and didn't vote against corruption on Wednesday. I feel this faith at least was justified because even she tweeted not long ago that she had quit the Tory party, making me think she might have had principles.

It's going to be an important battle ground winning over middle England who should, like me, feel disposed and angry at the way the party is going. That is important, as is labour winning back it's red wall heartlands. I believe both of theses things are achievable. However it's up to us, who see the corruption, to make sure it doesn't get lost because come the next election, the majority of the red wall and middle England simply won't care. It's up to us to make them care. Make them realise how bad it has got.

The Times. That well known insurgent biased left wing fake news media.

All but the Express Telegraph and Mail are starting to call it out as can be read above.

The press will support the tories until they don't. That point seems to have been reached off late.

Not sure this is correct. The Mail have turned but mail readers probably won't care. I would say Telegraph readers would be concerned and the Telegraph is very much trying to make it a none issue. It was front page news yesterday but in a "Something happened, but lets move on" low key way.
