There's an interesting interview by BCFC TV with Tony Mowbray, who speaks very much in the same vein as Michael Carrick. It's really interesting [I find], that the notion that a coach just takes a group of young men and gets them to play football, is way off the mark. Tony talks of involving the catering staff, the ground-staff, sports scientists and everyone involved in BCFC.
