The weekend beer and music thread

It would've been lovely if I could've make it down there for the game tomorrow but that's not going to happen. I miss Wales and it's been way too long since I last visited the place. Swansea are kind of my second team, but that goes out the window when they're playing us obviously. Hopefully we can get some kind of result down there.

Hope things look up for you mate. You do a lot to make us smile.... I hope we can do the same for you if you're having a hard time.
 
My theme tonight is beautiful songs, beautiful performances. This one's for Bumface.
Randy Meisner with a legendary performance.... before the band d*ckhead made his life intolerable.
For those that don't know the story, Meisner was shy and had terrible anxiety about performing the song... which grew and grew, until he couldn't do it any more.
It was a fan favourite. So when Randy said one night "I can't/won't do it". Glen Frey threatened to kick his head in.
Meisner (quite rightly) left the Eagles that night.

Had a run in with a toff today, walking along the very edge of our golf course with his Labrador and walkie-talkie. I asked him what he was killing today, and he quite happily said, “pheasants”. I said I hope you’re proud of yourself, but do you mind getting off our land. T**t

anyway. On my last beer and chilling to one of my favourite musicians
