To give an overall view just click you choice between 10 and 1 so we can see what the majority think.

If he picked the correct strikers it would be a 10 but perhaps he is protecting both josh and watmore whilst sporar has had illness and a minor injury

If polls actually used 6 as meaning above average as it should be, I'd say 7, but 6 for some reason tends to be used as a neutral score so I'll go with 8.

Entertaining football for the main part, there's a real connection between the team and fans right now and we're largely getting good results, I'm excited for the future.

Plenty still to improve on, and nothing has been achieved yet, so I won't go higher for now.
If he gets us up this year, you can shift that to a 9 in either scoring scale.

7 but sure it will be 10 next season after a full pre season with his own signings

I was going to put 8 but I thought about where we were on and off the pitch before he came to where we are now and I changed it to 9 as the transformation has been remarkable.

It’s the little things as well as look at how he brought Leo back into the fold look how happy he is again and the team really does look united.

Astonishing transformation throughout the club - from the T-maker to the kit man to the ticket office....oh, hang on, must have missed them out!

An 8 from me, great start, wanted him here for several years. He has done well, but not perfect, but he is working with a squad built by other managers. I am certain he will gather a higher score as windows progress and he has the team built in his own blueprint. I hope he is with us for several more years. We are all on the same train, heading in the same direction on the same journey and we all want the same destination

8 on the whole. You cant win every game, and this is a very competitive league, but he has done really well.
so far so good, but let's not get too carried away just yet. It's been good but until we've actually achieved something which is up there in the realms with Charlton, Robbo, Rioch, Karanka then it's just going to be "well done". 8 for me.

I'd give him an 8.

I think his plan A is a 10 and the tactics have been some of the best I've seen under any manager we've had in my lifetime, but what keeps him from getting a 9-10 overall is I feel there's now an element of "predictability" which might be exposed against the likes of Fulham and Bournemouth in our upcoming games.

Knowing how fickle football fans could be such poll results would vary week to week.

End of season is a better time to run one. Anyway this week its a 8. Lose against Fulham on Wednesday it will reduce to 7. Beat Fulham then its a 9. And so on.

10 for me, I don't know what else he could have done with such a thin squad, and he's not only managed to turn around the way we play, with the same squad, but we also have some Plan B options when we have our full squad. We're getting the football that we all craved, and the results where as the seasons before we didn't have either.

I think after summer we will be even stronger, certainly a good feeling about the club at the minute.

I can't think of one player who has gone backwards, but so, so many have improved no end, especially Tav, Jones, Dijksteele and he even got more out of Howson somehow.

Not aimed as a criticism of Pulis or Warnock either, they both had different jobs (and overall they both did well) and were more aligned to a recovery and rebuild, but Wilder is just next level for taking us to the next level.

I picked 10, not so much for where our position is now, as to me it feels kind of false, as I genuinely believe had we started the season with how we've been since Wilder, we would have got second. But as the start was not so great, I think his recovery will get us third, which I don't think many of us expected so soon, when he took over.

It took 2 weeks for him to get his foot in the door and since then he's took us from 15th to 5th, with games in hand on the teams above, and in those 18 games we're top of the form league. Also not forgetting we also knocked out Man Utd and Spurs in that same timeframe and won every home leage game, which has really got the fans mood up again.

What I found interesting about the last game is how quiet Jones was, yet we still created a lot. I know they were poor, but they were well rested, and you've still got to do it.

I'm not sure what someone would have to do, to get an 8, 9 or 10 for what most on here are saying?

It’s funny maybe but I’d have given Warnock an 8 just for being so confident in picking up a squad of players that for the most part wanted out of the Riverside. Warnock laid the foundations for CW to come in and take the squad and the playing style to the next level. Let’s face it this hasn’t been an easy job in bringing this squad from a mid-table mentality into a top 8 playoff mentality, all within the space of little over a year.

Moans such as “if he picked the correct strikers” are really a bit rich.

For the 2 most recent games (both away) Wilder has started with Connolly and Balogun with 2 other strikers on the bench. Result — 6 goals scored , 0 conceded. I‘ll stick with Wilder. 10/10. And another thing, our squad is weaker than Fulham’s or Bournemouth’s.
I think we’ll finish third.

Agree with those who say there's not sure there's much more he could have done "thus far". I've gone for a 9 because the transformation in style and results has been nothing short of incredible up to this point.

A 10 would have been us still sniffing around automatic, which was on the cards at one point. That might even be a tad harsh perhaps because he's the reason we were in that position to begin with.
