The thing is when your own team does it you rarely moan about it, it’s been going on for years now but teams are just finding more and more ways to do it.

Time wasting is easy to sort, but the officials take part in it. Instead of pointing at a watch just book the players doing it and then send them off.

I don't blame them, as most teams would do the same after taking the lead, but it's the biggest argument in favour of a stop clock when teams do it.

Faking injuries constantly to run down the clock is always so frustrating.

Time wasting happens, we would do the same and it's up to the officials to stamp it out.

But, the keeper rolling around like he had his head stamped on was a disgrace. Retrospective punishments should be given for such blatant simulation.

Exactly It was the fake head injury I took the most issue with it as it was a complete fabrication and just makes a mockery of real head collisions.

The ref even bought into it. Waiting until the keeper was about to strike the ball (having wasted a load more time), to then stops the game and book him. Ridiculous.

I can’t fathom why they won’t just stop the clock when the ball goes dead. It’d be dealt with in an instant.
