Innocent people aren't going to die if nurses go on strike FFS. They're not going walk away from ICUs etc are they?

Now if you really want to have a conversation about innocent people dying due to the state of the NHS and who is responsible.......

They won’t walk away from icus , looking at it there are different views ranging from no impact to increases in morbidity by 20 per cent. Delays to chemo and dialysis seem to be the major concerns.

Hopefully this can be resolved this week to avoid strikes!

When all other negotiations fail, which they have then the only option left is to agree to the pay deal or to strike

Fatcat, let's be honest here. You're whingeing your t1ts off about people striking for decent working conditions a fair rise in the face of huge inflation and above all to feel valued.

And why? Because it'll infringe on YOUR Christmas trip and it might take an extra hour or two.

If you please forgive my French, **** you and your delayed journey. Try thinking about those who truly commit their lives to public service and often do so for relatively poor wages and at great detriment to their working life.

How about some reflection, understanding and recognition that many of those striking not only earn significantly less than you but do a real fooking job too.

Feel free to admire your IT contractor self employed payslip earning stupid money whilst hundred of thousands of people earning a fraction of what you do feel peed off because in-between saving the lives of innumerable others, they struggle to pay their rent and feed themselves.

Fk you, and fk your selfish, arrogant Tory I'm alright Jack attitude and realise that millions who earn less than you are worth many times your own inflated income.

Give your head a shake and recognise the struggle millions have instead of being a selfish mfooker who only cares about his own inconcvience.
 
The whole structure (or lack of) part deal awards should be reviewed and legislated.

Is not a difficult concept to understand, that a prolonged period in which workers are 'awarded' deals at less than inflation, significantly contributes to a cost of living crisis.

Deals should automatically be linked to cpi as a baseline, otherwise the wealth gap will just keep on getting bigger and bigger.

I'm sorry FC, but I stand by what I said. You're frustrated at potential disruption to your life and yet have offered nothing in support of millions of struggling people.
