If you sit at the back of the Anfield Rd end its still a terrible view with the roof so no I don't agree. OT is not only superior it will be always be chosen over Anfield.

The UK & Ireland had been expected to be the only bid for Euro 2028 but Turkey and Russia - despite a ban from FIFA and UEFA - also put their names forward. Turkey and Russia have also applied to host Euro 2032, along with Italy. A decision will be made in September 2023

Not yet. Planning was provisionally granted for a 34,000 stadium Casement Park but its got a lot of opposition. It is for gaelic sports anyway ( like Croke Park in Dublin ) so probably wouldn't be used for football.
