Warnock rant about the changing rooms

“There’s no way we’re giving them a dressing room when they come up our place. If our chairman won’t, I’ll pay for a portacabin!”

Love it

Btw you could tell there’s was something off today the team did not look in the right state of mind.

Bad day at the office. Every team in the championship is having them this season so it’s a matter of making sure they don’t have another one this side of new year

Bruce and the players trained on local parks and had non of the pampered facilities and he produced a team who produced some great football.

it's all in the mind, these things have to be dealt with in the right manner, do it right and you can use it to your advantage not as a poor excuse for why a team didn't perform.

Amateurish behaviour from the club there.

When I played Sunday league more than one manager checked out the facilities provided by the home team beforehand, advised us whether we met at the ground & got changed or turned up ready to play.

Can't believe Boro couldn't have sent someone along an hour early to see what was what.

Don’t think he’s using it to excuse the performance but he’s right to point things out that are unacceptable. It’s one thing in 2020 to paint a changing room pink but entirely another to offer unsanitary portacabins. It’s about respect and courtesy really. I don’t think it would be mentioned if it was an acceptable standard portacabin.

however, let’s move on and make sure we improve next game and going forward to try and be in and around the playoff positions come January and beyond.

In the lower leagues, this has always been a tactic used to disrupt the opposition by a few managers over the years. You really wouldn’t expect it at our level though.

Yeah because what's commonplace in Sunday League is also replicated in professional leagues all over the world. I reckon Man City send someone to check out the dressing rooms at the Nou Camp before they play Barca, just in case.

I can't believe that we don't have someone going round collecting the subs from the players before hand - amateurish behavior by the club !

Some people really will turn anything into a stick to beat the club with.

Don’t think NW is doing himself or us any flavours.

Be the bigger person, we were cack - move on

Maybe taking the day off training to play golf was a bigger problem?
Finny
