My mate was at a wedding recently where Mowbray was there also, Mogga told my mate that Wilder has applied for lots of jobs, including Sunderland and Stoke, Mogga said "don't trust him".

I also know someone who was potentially at that wedding ad heard the same. and I mentioned it a few weeks ago about him applying for Watford, Stoke and I've forgot the other one on this board.

Wilder seems sneeky as hell.

Don’t know if the OP is correct or not but I have heard from what I believe to be a credible source that the players are unhappy with Wilder because they don’t believe he is committed to the club.

This could explain some of what we are seeing on the pitch, or it could be entirely baseless……

Too many unsubstantiated rumours on this board with ‘my mates pal being at a wedding” and “my grannies neighbour was at a funeral” type stories. Here and the Houses of Parliament are about the only places where old wives tales and downright lies go unchallenged. I am ashamed of myself for contributing here and wasting a couple of minutes mentioning this.

I don’t think many would be particularly upset if Wilder was to leave, but the worrying thing is who would Gibson replace him with. There are no obvious candidates and let’s be honest, he has a terrible track record with managerial appointments

Over 12 months & IMHO hes hardly improved the team since Neil Warnocks departure

Does Tony Mowbray really strike anyone as the kind of person who'd blab this kind of gossip to all and sundry at a wedding?

Not saying I don't think some of these tales might have something in them, but very much doubt Mogga as the source.

To be honest I can imagine Mowbray being presented with a load of rumours about applying for other jobs and responding with “well I wouldn’t trust him”
