A threshold for bullying? There is actually a threshold?
I bet he was incandescent with rage writing that, no, I know he was absolutely fuming.
I accept people will have a strong management style, but you can't always manage by your own expectations.
And you simply just cannot treat people like twãts anymore.
Quite unbelievable the comment about a low bullying threshold how tone deaf is that guy. Incidents which seem very minor can have a massive cumulative effect on a persons well being. These public school rugga b***r bully boy politicians need to leave politics for good. time for real change"In setting the threshold for bullying so low, this inquiry has set a dangerous precedent. It's very clear that the report confirmed two bullying incidents, are you suggesting that is ok?A lot of people on here seem very clear about the report and what Sunak should have done without having read it.
I could barely read that, it was obviously written in the wrong font. Not his fault of course. And the usual non-apology of 'I'm sorry if people felt...'
Slimy ****, hope we never have to see him again.

A culture of fear and blame culture is totally counter intuitive to productive employees anyway. The guys an idiot if he thinks behaving that way is how you are effective. He’s likely a sociopath.Quite unbelievable the comment about a low bullying threshold how tone deaf is that guy. ‘Bruised and angry’, I’d expect nothing less from a bully whose been stood up toSounds like he didn't have self awareness in any sense of the word reading through the report. If he feels it ok to be aggressive in meetings and that would improve performance then he is an idiot. Whilst there is no evidence of abuse in the strict sense of the word, the behaviour coming across can certainly be construed as am abuse of position. He denies it all in his resignation letter. I am glad he has gone this way. He is apparently "bruised and angry". Maybe he ought to go away and have a deep think about his flawed character.
How long was Cruella out for? Couple of weeks? And she'd actually broken the ministerial code.He will be back in a few months, if not sooner. He won't have resigned without some sort of deal that ensures he will be let back into the fold once the dust has settled.
