I accept people will have a strong management style, but you can't always manage by your own expectations.

Plus it's not like it's junior staff fresh from uni making these allegations. It's senior civil servants, presumably pretty experienced and no doubt very used to robust and honest conversations with ministers.

They're not going raise allegations of bullying at the drop of a hat.

We've just got our hands on the report into bullying allegations that led to Dominic Raab's resignation.

We've also had an accompanying letter from Rishi Sunak sent to Raab.

What on earth has Raab got to be "proud" about? He has royally disgraced the office of minister for the second time. He has achieved nothing of value whatsoever and the letter from Sunak is a nothing platitude.

Sounds like he didn't have self awareness in any sense of the word reading through the report. If he feels it ok to be aggressive in meetings and that would improve performance then he is an idiot. Whilst there is no evidence of abuse in the strict sense of the word, the behaviour coming across can certainly be construed as am abuse of position. He denies it all in his resignation letter. I am glad he has gone this way. He is apparently "bruised and angry". Maybe he ought to go away and have a deep think about his flawed character.

The thing that irks me most about his defence of just having exacting standards is that he's completely useless in every sense of the word. Clearly didn't apply his exacting standards to himself.
