Raaaaab said he would resign if found guilty of bullying

"In setting the threshold for bullying so low, this inquiry has set a dangerous precedent. It will encourage spurious complaints against Ministers, and have a chilling effect on those driving change on behalf of your government — and ultimately the British people."

A threshold for bullying? There is actually a threshold?

I bet he was incandescent with rage writing that, no, I know he was absolutely fuming.

I accept people will have a strong management style, but you can't always manage by your own expectations.

And you simply just cannot treat people like twãts anymore.

Yup.

Plus it's not like it's junior staff fresh from uni making these allegations. It's senior civil servants, presumably pretty experienced and no doubt very used to robust and honest conversations with ministers.

They're not going raise allegations of bullying at the drop of a hat.

Quite unbelievable the comment about a low bullying threshold how tone deaf is that guy. Incidents which seem very minor can have a massive cumulative effect on a persons well being. These public school rugga b***r bully boy politicians need to leave politics for good. time for real change

Report has been published - from Bbc news

Report into bullying allegations published
We've just got our hands on the report into bullying allegations that led to Dominic Raab's resignation.

We've also had an accompanying letter from Rishi Sunak sent to Raab.

We're now poring over the details and will bring you the key lines.

Raab and Sunak knew he had to go. Apparently they’re good friends.
Wonder if Raab said he would go on the understanding there might be a little ‘something’ for him down the line. Also saving Sunak from the wrath of the Right Wing

A culture of fear and blame culture is totally counter intuitive to productive employees anyway. The guys an idiot if he thinks behaving that way is how you are effective. He’s likely a sociopath.

Sounds like he didn't have self awareness in any sense of the word reading through the report. If he feels it ok to be aggressive in meetings and that would improve performance then he is an idiot. Whilst there is no evidence of abuse in the strict sense of the word, the behaviour coming across can certainly be construed as am abuse of position. He denies it all in his resignation letter. I am glad he has gone this way. He is apparently "bruised and angry". Maybe he ought to go away and have a deep think about his flawed character.

‘Bruised and angry’, I’d expect nothing less from a bully whose been stood up to
