Only if they are going to be relegated and crash and burn.

I don't want them coming down and doing a Leicester and taking up one of the auto spots.

They have been stinking out the prem for ages now though like.

Not a prayer this will happen ( I hope it does) Everton have a history of avoiding these things.

They’ll probably find them guilty but then find a spurious reason to suspend their points deduction because of a clause that is currently being written.

I cant see this happening. I can already hear the prem and FA excuses "one of the founding father of the league, and surely the fans cant be affected unfairly."

Oh yes I can see them being charged but I can’t see them being deducted points

Won the world cup you know, Bobby Moore isn't it? wasn't it mmmm? b***r.

I see Everton as a protected species like West ham are though.

The FA will probably step in and buy Everton's new stadium and then lease it back to them for £1 a season if needed.

I dont get the anti-Everton sentiment.

They're not Liverpool and so for that they must be commended. Having to live in a city with the serial cheating, whining, victim playing, glory supported red half surrounding you is punishment enough.

I dislike Everton more these days due to old disc beard Dyche.

I was fairly ambivalent before.

Points deduction will be suspended indefinitely until they finish 13 points above 18th. Then it will be applied.

Everton are a big club. To not be relegated all this time takes some doing! They have been perilously close the past couple of seasons. Whether a 12 point deduction makes the difference, only time will tell. Luckily for them, they have Sheff Utd, Burnley, Luton and Bournemouth for company.

I don't like them or hate them
If they've broke the rules they should get a points deduction - if they haven't they shouldn't
I will call them out for being dreadful though. SheffU's only point was against them and Luton's only win - so Everton are not better than them
If they don't improve they'll be in the relegation mix with those 2 Burnley and Bournemouth
