An observation. Look i know it must be upsetting to feel uninformed and lacking knowledge but there is no shame in admitting it. You'd sound a lot better than just showing your ignorance on a subject in every postIs that one of your so called facts as well
Absolutely Lefty I just don't get people already telling me it is a tragic mistake. Time will tell and either of us may be right but 5/10 years not before transition even done
They won't do that. They'll blame other people and Europe.Ultimately the head in the sand routine is only going to wash for so long.
As is the tripe that Brexit was some sort of working class revolt against the establishment.
I'm sure our hard of letters friends on this board will continue their contortionism and find a reason as to why this whole debacle was a good idea - but they'll dwindle.
From January things actually change and there's no easy route back. I just hope they eventually gain the decency to admit they were wrong and accept they've ruined lives -whether they're in a Working Men's club, a tennis club or the Bullingdon club.
ProvenThick as mince and a victim complex as well. Amazed you've not fallen into a well.
Not sure why you would want to moderate it?I give up trying to moderate this debate, Carry on name calling folks, it does no good, changes no ones mind and quite frankly a waste of both sides time.
To be fair to the Tory nut jobs they did not select Jeremy.agree.
Tory nut jobs still saying we will prosper
Praying this debacle brings down this extremist government
What....... hold 51% of the Brexit Electorate to account?
It was simply a combination of jingositic popularism by the right wing media, supporting opportunistic political nobodies successfully stirring the inbred bigotry of the older generations.
Just hoping the inevitably tragic financial havoc will hit suffiicently to impact the next election.
And poor education is a major factor. http://www.jrf.org.uk/report/brexit-vote-explained-poverty-low-skills-and-lack-opportunities?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIruSM1NfD7QIVAdPtCh1g4gGlEAAYASAAEgKejvD_BwEIf you haven't got an argument just abuse a whole generation. Classy.
An observation rather than a fact?;An observation. Look i know it must be upsetting to feel uninformed and lacking knowledge but there is no shame in admitting it. You'd sound a lot better than just showing your ignorance on a subject in every post
I wonder....... will the Labour Party hold their hands up?No, it is the 52% who voted for this mess that need to acknowledge they made a mistake and try to understand why. Then they should join and hold the people who led the campaigns to account and make them pay a price. We need to learn lessons, but that can't happen without admitting there is a mistake to learn from in the first place. Then we need to put in place measures to ensure we don't repeat these mistakes, which includes some sort of punishment on those who led us into it, the media for not doing their job, putting in place other safeguards but mostly understanding how easily all of us can make a right t*t of themselves, because make no mistake, on a different issue, it could have been most people who voted Remain having their buttons pushed. We really do need to rediscover or re-embrace the enlightenment and science and engage our critical thinking skills.
fact ? No its your opinion of what _might_ happen. The more you keep going on about your fact, the more it comes across that you want people who voted to leave to be punished. That's what you and a few others really want isn't it ?You're either ignorant of the problems or you are not. It's not an opinion that if someone is wilfully ignorant of a disaster, they will be shocked when the disaster hits. It's fact
No deal would be a catastrophe. With all the money spent and the isolation of our country a deal isn’t exactly great. It puts us in a worse position than we are now.It is what it is. Life goes on. Do find it funny the EU is planning for no deal by saying they are planning to allow fishing in each other waters in the event of no deal, not sure that’s how it works if we don’t actually agree to it. I still think there will be a deal, it’s in no ones interest for there not to be so carry on with your lives.
You’re happy to live in a poorer country? For no valid reason? It is what it is. Life goes on.
In your opinion. No deal would be a catastrophe. With all the money spent and the isolation of our country a deal isn’t exactly great. It puts us in a worse position than we are now.
