Djed Spence tweet…

Two sides to every story. He doesn't cover himself in glory here, but I would rather know what his side was before condemning him. odd how his attitude can stink to high heaven yet be an integral part of a promotion chasing and, ultimately, successfully promoted team and be valued at 10-15m+.

More to this than meets the eye imo. Wilder may not have recalled him because too much water under the bridge by that point.
 
Not going to be the first player to fall out with a manager, not the last.
Warnock didn't like the look of him, shipped him out......and for us everything looks to be working out just nicely.
Seen him play a few times for Forest this season and he still looks raw and inconsistent........may develop with the right manager, or may become another young Charlie-big-potatoes. Who knows.
But with a large transfer fee in the bank, sure most Boro fans won't really give a sh*t what happens to him.
One thing, he wouldn't have said anything to Warnock's face - easy to act the big 'un on social media.......

Warnock has previous for actually fighting with players so can't see Spence having the bollox......unless he had several players in between. Reckon Warnock, despite being in his 70s, would still knack him.

Phil Tallentire has tweeted that he got pelters after Woodgate dropped him due to his attitude after his initial breakthrough.

I remember Woodgate saying how he’d put his arm around him and even invited him to Christmas dinner as he thought he was on his own, and he clearly repaid that care, support and belief by being a bellend.
 
maybe I am out of kilter with the popular opinion but I see this pic as simply banter ... NW had outed Spence saying they had sharp words so Spence is responding ... yes bit childish but clearly celebrating and having a gentle pop at NW.... not like he is been abusive

Little djed will never learn. He will not want to play for forest when spurs etc are in for him. Watch what he does this summer.

And btw wilder did want him back in jan. There was a vote amongst the players as to whether they thought it was a good idea. Guess what. Not one of them said they wanted him back.

The Boro are our club and one [soon-to-be] former player, is soon to be just a number.
Take the £££££ - Chris knows how to manage men.
Wornhock and Spence can sit in a corner and chuck their toys at each other.

With respect, you seem to contradict yourself. Why would you want him to stay for 2 years, hampering team morale, paying wages, and running down any value he may have, leaving us with a worthless asset in 2 years time? I assume this was a flippant remark.
