Hackney’s ‘Goal’

It clearly wasn't "comfortably" out was it? Whether you think the decision was correct or not, the video clearly shows it was very close one way or the other.
The video doesn't show that as a player passes in front of the camera during that phase of play. Unless you're talking about the angle behind the goal which is a ludicrous angle to put your faith in.

I didn't celebrate because I saw the linesman's flag before the ball had even went to Hackney, which I'm sure will have been the reason for most people.

I won't claim to be able to see that it's definitely in or definitely out. But I can see that it's a close one.
I would suggest that Matt Crooks had the best view of anyone yet doesn't protest.

the linesman is paid to make that call and yes he will base it on what he can see as well as his estimation of the ball speed and the moment of contact. As no one can prove he was wrong (that still is ridiculous, terrible angle, telephoto lens and blurred) then we must accept that it was out.

From West Upper, it definitely looked out to me. No protest from anyone close enough to see - including Crooks.

Lino had a perfect view and the flag went up straight away before it was netted. Hackney didn't celebrate and Crooks didn't complain about the call so I was pretty sure it was out.
Watching it again on tv it certainly wasn’t a given to be out!
It really puzzles me that people say it was out with certainty….
I bet var would state in because the complete circumference of the ball ought to be out and it wasn’t

We were robbed for me

I agree the more I see it the less certain it was out. Crooks and hackney both thought it was out. Which is a bit strange.

I don't think we really appeal for anything much though do we? Compared to other matches I watch.
Far too much of a gentleman’s team.

Even a fair number of our fans aren’t biased enough and tend to err on the side of being against the Boro for marginal decision.

It makes the Riverside an easier place to come and ‘do a job’.
