I live round the corner from a struggling little team called Manchester United, and I went to help give them a leg up with the big away following when Boro played them in the cup this season.

Sandhausen in the German 2nd Division. Go along and watch them in their perennial fight against relegation a few times a season.
So much more relaxing than the emotional shredding Boro always put you through. But of course not the same highs either.
