Boro have just pulled out of a deal to sign PNE striker as they're holding out for £10M. Boro won't pay it and were rumoured to be moving back in for Strand Larsen who's own club have just signed a new striker.

Our strike force will be Akpom, Watmore, Forss, Muniz and probably/hopefully Larsenn.

Coburn will go out on loan and Hoppe will be in the u21’s.

We won’t bring a striker in. We have Akpom, Watmore, Forss, Hoppe, Muniz and Coburn.

And that 25m will disappear just nicely into Gibson/O’Neil.
Before we signed Muniz, Wilder repeatedly said he still wanted two more strikers. Since we signed Muniz he's said repeatedly that he still wants one more striker.

So unless he's lying, I'd say there's a decent chance we will be bringing in another striker.

But if we don't, it won't be for lack of wanting to.

Hoppe and Forss are not development strikers, whatever the hell that means, forss is 23 ffs

I think he just wants them to train a lot more with the side to learn their roles in wilders set up, which is bascially a high pressing high running defensive forward
Pretty sure neither striker would have signed up to play with kids for a year

Can’t quite understand why we need yet another striker having acquired Forss, Hoppe and Muniz to join Akpom and Watmore and will only play 1 up front and McGree at 10?

GRONINGEN - After a summer full of hassle, Jörgen Strand Larsen still gets the transfer he wanted. The Norwegian striker of FC Groningen threw his ass yesterday when the northern club pushed aside an offer from the Spanish Celta de Vigo of 11 million euros including bonuses.

Strand Larsen, who had previously had to accept that FC Groningen rejected bids from Bologna and Middlesbrough, decided to revolt and refused to train. Many conversations later, FC Groningen decided to give in and agree to a departure from Strand Larsen.
