Liverpool fans

The footage of the fans getting pepper sprayed was shocking and it seems no one is disputing that happened.

It’s shocking really.

You simply do not know how many Liverpool fans added to the organisational problems.
My point is indeedido, it doesn't matter how many fans were causing an issue. Collateral damage when policing a sports event is unacceptable. That children were involved makes it unforgivable.

It was a disgrace and could have been avoided.

I listened to an interview today with Conor Moore (Irish comedian) who was at the game. He was yet another source who completely condemned the police and organisation around the ground. His observations were of Liverpool fans remaining well behaved and looking after each other, in a situation described as getting towards a Hillsborough type scenario. He mentioned many Liverpool fans being very concerned about this.

Moore goes onto say that hundreds of fans were forced towards one entrance, but another entrance leading to the same part of the ground was closed and totally empty. That entrance was literally metres from where loads of people were forced to stand and wait for hours.
