Liz Truss : is she the most dangerous politician ever?

Courts don’t legislate on bills, they interpret and apply Acts after they have been passed. They do make case law when there are no statutory provisions to apply.

They also can where appropriate determine whether or not the government and other public bodies have acted lawfully and within their powers.

She's dangerous because she has no beliefs principles of opinions that can't be dropped if it gets her status power & wealth from those who dictate Tory politics so media Barron's, donors, foreign agents. She has no political creed, it's all about what's in it for her.

A bill goes through Parliament restricting this oversight by the courts.
After Royal assent a bill becomes an act of Parliament.
Parliament is sovereign.
A valid Act of Parliament cannot be questioned by the court.
So what happens then.
 
Truss reminds me of Theresa May when she was putting on this 'rock 'ard me' thing during her BREXIT MEANS BREXIT!!! phase when she won the race for leader, even though she didn't believe in it at all

Yeah, that's it. She'll win the majority of those 200K Tories.
How much damage can she do it two years? Quite a bit.

Seriously though, he knows she will sink within 6 months, and is hoping for another run at PM. Which is a worry.
 
And last night they both got asked if the Dover massive queues had anything to do with brexit and they both just said ; No.
