It was from when the legislation was originally proposed. I may have misheard or the review may have been dropped but I believe that was the original plan.
 
SmallTown I heard that at the time too. It's not what the legislation says though according to my understanding. What concerns me, amongst other concerns, is that there seems to be an attempt at hiding the sunset clauses. Maybe it just reads confusingly because I don't speak the language, perhaps.

Let them go ahead with it I say. Then have some covid infected gadge wander among them, hugging, shaking hands and gobbing everywhere. Then have the police round them up and quaranteen the **** out of them.

that was sort of my 1st reaction, determinative Darwinism, but thinking sensibly, I wouldn't want there to be 'collateral damage' to people with no part in this, either by physical presence or philosophy on how to deal with this crisis
