NEIL WARNOCK

“I’m really pleased with the way they’ve gone about it today, we created some great chances. Apart from me running on and putting them in the net I can’t see what more I can do" Good God

One reason ? Well our last home game only 4 days ago was excellent and we played really well...guess you didn't go ?
We scored two good goals but other than that i didnt think we were great or that we managed the game very well. Just accept it that Warnock and his team are the problem. Not only are we going backwards we'll lose young talent such as Spence, Coulson and Wing but gave Howson a new deal. I dont mind not necessarily being a premier league club or even challenging at the top of the chsmpionship. But we should be giving everyone a game twice a week and for the last 9 months majority of sides just walk literally straight thru us like our midfield isnt there. Its beyond garbage and there is a standard that our club shouldnt fall below and we did with Woodgate and done likewise with Warnock.

I think most folk agreed that was a very good performance the other night but to not follow it up against a very poor team is unforgivable.

So you want him to stay based on one game? What about the last 30+ games January onwards?
All our home games this season have been good and for the most part we've played well
It's obviously a team in transition, Payero, Lea Siliki and Olusanya are obviously not ready to make a major impact yet.
Yeah we should have done better today but it's fine margins and the fluke own goal and McNair's free kick are examples of that.
The Championship is relentless and inconsistencies are the norm.
Can't understand those who wet the bed after every defeat...it's a long season we could easily come with a late run when things start to click.
Keep the faith....

I do like you Nobby but saying things like 'wet the bed' and 'pathetic' is designed to wind people up.

And that I don’t like.

At this present moment then yes, but with the players we have plus the ones who were brought in over the summer its not difficult to see this is a long term project to work with and improve these players for the next few years.
Considering he just said the other day he wasnt prepared to use these players at the moment then what is he actually here for? Let the likes of Payero, siliki, Jones etc play for the u23s all season whilst he secures a mid table finish and then retires in the summer anyway. Its just a season of lost development for those players, some of them that we have spent huge sums of money on. I could possibly accept it if it looked like he might get us promoted this season but we have absolutely no chance of that.

Bring in someone who will actually use these players and lets actually look to the future
We have an unbalanced squad, anyone can see that

A major squad overhaul on a reduced budget was never going to be an immediate hit, especially with some unfortunate injuries. It may yet come right, but I am starting to seriously doubt it.

Warnock is only here for another eight months.
This squad is better than last season, but still a long way off a play off outfit, so I am already looking to the future from a Championship starting point.
Given Gibson only takes available managers and given Frank Lampard has been my preferred choice since before he took the Derby job, I would move heaven and earth to get him in, given he is available, and I would make it clear to everyone that he would be here as long as he wanted to be.

I have affection and some respect for Warnock, but given the choice of course I would switch immediately to the man I would most want to lead us.
Steve Gibson has proven to be a very poor judge of horseflesh in recent years and unfortunately I don't see him having the vision or persuasive powers to attract Lampard.

Losing to a very bad Hull side so meekly after another false dawn is a very concerning result from a very very poor performance.

It’s the decisions during the game though. To not make a sub? It’s stupidity. The blokes lost the plot and won’t get anything more out of these players than he’s getting on a consistent basis. It’s done, it’s finished.

You posted earlier in the week you were actually pleased with our league position, now we get beat you want NW out again, you need to make your mind up, you are as inconsistent as the team.
Who are you?
Do Not speak for me. 53 years a season ticket
