Nervous for Sunday

Fairly relaxed and cautiously optimistic, I think we're the best team of the four and I'm more confident over two legs than one, given the better team usually prevails.

But it's the play offs and Coventry aren't there by accident, so I will no doubt be on the edge of a breakdown come 12pm Sunday 🤷‍♂️

Really, I'm really relaxed about it. I think we'll turn 'em over down there and the return fixture at the Riverside will be just rubber stamping our victory.
Yeah I'm lying I'm bricking it along with most others. Sunday I'll be out on the moors staying away from any info. Come full time I'll have a look at the BBC sport page and scroll as slowly as possible to the result hardly daring to look (what the hell I'm achieving by doing this I haven't a clue but I always do it )

I had a workmate who used to take the dog for a walk with earphones in to avoid scores of games he wasn't at. At games he was crazy. Day to day was very mild mannered. I know it turns me into a different person. I wonder what it is - is it football or is a tribal, it's our town, sort of thing?

Whatever happens good test for the players and Carrick's influence over them. I think he's got the right approach, am cautiously optimistic we'll perform.

He'll be stressing to them they won't necessarily get the chance to play in games of this magnitude again. Don't even start to think of playing at Wembley, these are huge games in their own right. Enjoy them, use them as an opportunity to show what you're about.

Hopefully the footy gods are on our side or at least neutral 🤞

The game is constantly on my mind, i also cannot wait for it to start.
I also think there's a few coming back into the squad, if not starting, then on the bench, which will be a huge lift.
Roll on Sunday UTB.

Yes it's horrible. Can't settle at all. If we can replicate that Sheff Utd away performance over the next 3 games we're in the Premier League as no one will beat us if we play like that. Just hope the players are fired up. I'm sure they will be. I feel reassured having Carrick at the helm who has played in some of the biggest games in world football. If anyone is to say the right things to the players it's him.
The thing is, we’d of snapped up a chance to qualify for the playoffs back when carrick was appointed so I’m just going to relax and just hope we do ourselves justice in these 2 games.
If we are honest with ourselves we are ahead of schedule but we’ll obviously go for it and take promotion should we do it.
Perspective required though I believe which helps me more enjoy it than anything else.

Not true; I’m $hitting it

Closer the day comes more my anxiety increases I so hope this is our time am tired of being in the championship

Definitely feeling a little tense.

Think that's partly down to the last few games passing us by with nothing riding on them. The edge returning seems more acute after a small breather.

Sunday and the following Wednesday can't come soon enough. UTMB!

I think we will win 0-2 there and a 1-1 here.
They have to attack us and with the pace we have in our team, that will suit our counter attacking style just fine.
A nervy 1-1 at home though.

Pretty chilled to be honest. Got enough in my life to worry or be anxious about. Football is something I enjoy. Few midday scoops should settle any match day nerves.
