I will be honest I have steered clear of it lately, like I always do near transfer window times, I cant stand the long list of smug looking sports "insiders" bleating about hopeless player moves no one cares about to teams even less people are interested in, like they are somehow at the cutting edge of breaking news.

Bring back Natalie Sawyer and Jo Wilson instead of plums like Kaveh Solekhol, Brain Swanson and Dharmesh Sheth. Jees, they even make Jim White seem interesting and competent.

Be fair, one of the best English players of a generation has officially retired.
That is big news.

Interim manager staying on full time is not, so you have a point in regards to that.

Rooneys "official" retirement has been the longest drawn out affairs in history and has effectively taken 4 years since he left Man Utd and slipped further and further down the footballing ladder.

I look forward to him being appointed as Fleetwood Towns Manager in about 9 weeks time.

I like how they pretend to have a 'contact' at Inter or Barcelona etc, funny as.

I watched it yesterday and they had some 'expert' from the MLS going on about Meeeelan and the Nerazzuri, urgh it was stomach churning.

Won't be revisiting ssn until Feb at the earliest.
 
I wouldn't be overly happy as they have now had 2 managers 'bigger than the club'. This whole Frank Lampards Derby / Wayne Rooneys Derby is a bit of a jizz fest🙄

I just looked on twitter and Talksh*te has banged out 3 tweets about it. I guess Jim White will be throbbing in his undercrackers as he's best mates with 'friend of the show' Mel Morris.

He would not excite me one bit if he had come to us. It's just like people mentioning Ryan Giggs at the time. You every listened to one of his Wales interviews? Jesus 😒

I imagine he's on a fair whack and done well to secure a 2 1/2 year deal. I just really don't like Derby.... No real reason why. Hopefully he sends them down.
