Didn't say it wasn't ok. Anyway I'm not getting involved in anymore of these kind of distraction conversations. Not my thread so will revert to reading and learning.

I think some people are failing to identify informed speculation from information.

Eurofighters overhead again today, Dassault Falcons inbound to Teesside and Xi’s China Airlines 747 approaching Beijing….

Indeed. Really I think it is just taking care with the language we use. Picking the wrong words looks like criticism when probably not intended as such.

From the same visit, spontaneous, genuine, no questions of which "version" of Zelensky this is. I've seen a bit more of this clip with a translation where the lass with the thumbs up asks him if she should sign up and he tells her what an important job it is making sure the soldiers have a hot coffee and tea available at any time and they have fuel ready to drive home to see their families. She must have felt 10 foot tall.

A piece from CNN where this really stood out for me "The US trainers worked to incorporate into training the realistic threats and conditions that the Ukrainian troops will face when they get home, that official said. But often the Ukrainians would essentially take over the training themselves, tailoring it to the most realistic types of threats they may face at home"

This seems to be happening on any bit of new kit they are introduced to, so can the west just stop messing about and get the promised gear out there sooner, and the sooner it will be over, with fewer deaths on all sides.
