that's including U23s games though.

He's certainly a well respected young forward and this would appear to be a full signing not a loan as he has stopped following brighton. At 21 he has plenty of time to improve too

Yep. I would go as far as saying it’s more likely a permanent deal than a loan

Bit of an unusual one really. Seems a fall from grace for the lad. Farke apparently had issues with him and appears Smith doesn't fancy him either. I read somewhere he could be available on loan in January but would they loan him to a lower prem team (probably his level at present)? So can only see a top end championship team. Step forward Keiran Scott......

Probably not to be honest though would be surprised if we didn't have a sniff about if he did become available. People will only remember him playing well 2/3 seasons ago and being linked with big money moves but like I said, he's had a bit of a fall from grace.
