Which is a succinct description of Thatcherism isn't it.We have a compliant public who, in the main, are happy, with their two children, car and mortgage. Nothing else matters for them
I agree entirely, surely there MUST come a point when enough it enough and the people turn on the Government? I've never known anything like it in a supposed Western democracy. This really is absolute corruption in front of our very eyes and what's more, the public seem at best apathetic if not compliant in it.Okay WG, they are arrogant, greedy, racist, over promoted self important, incompetent, disrespectful utter scum. They have brought our democratic system to its knees. From Patel’s treasonous actions, to Boris’s lies and the corruption of this tw@t and the PPE procurement scandal they show nothing but contempt for the people of this country.
I have seen nothing to suggest that will be the case, in fact they seem to go from strength to strengthThe tories will be out at the next election. The vast majority of the electorate don't support Johnson nor did they at the last election.
Whilst the current government are shocking both from a corruption and ability perspective they won't see another term.
As a country we are suffering at the minute but this too will pass.
I think polls say otherwise Jam, though I haven't seen a recent poll.I have seen nothing to suggest that will be the case, in fact they seem to go from strength to strength
I don't see it?I think polls say otherwise Jam, though I haven't seen a recent poll.
Depends overr what period I guess. Since may the gap has gone from 11 points to 4 points but that has stayed steady at 4 for the last 3 months. Doesn't that 3 month period include freedom day, which would always give johnson a bump in the polls, rightly or wrongly.I don't see it?
