Traore

Remember him coming on for his Boro debut, 2 nil to Spurs at half time and Aitor brings him on to absolutely terrorise the Spurs defence.
Gibbo got a goal back but we still lost 2-1.

Talk of £80 million, last year.......£20 million now. As has been said many times, one trick pony.
I blame the manager, you have to use players to their strengths.

Traore looks to have lost interest to me, almost bored with it.

He needs to move to a better club.

How would he fit into Man City or Liverpool ? he is a one dimensional player that could destroy the championship but no chance in the top quartile of the premiership.. Love to see where he is in two years time.

He will be on the bench for Wolves if he doesn’t get himself moved on.

You don’t have a player of his talents wandering around the midfield laying off little 5 yard balls just to satisfy whatever system Nuno has come up with to try to not lose a match.

When he got the ball on the wing Spurs had five defenders lining up on him, he needs a better team and manager to take advantage of the threat he poses.

Traore needs to play in a better side, where he can have less defensive duties, and a team more suited to quick counter attacks.

I’m not convinced by Nuno’s handling of him, he seems to know tactics, but not player management, not for players like Traore anyway. Traore’s a square peg in a round hole for the way Nuno thinks is best. If he left Traore to do his thing he would take 2-3 defenders out of the game. It’s pointless having him defend, he’s bad at at, and then it means he doesn’t need double marking.

Nuno’s another Biesla for me, starting to get found out thinking he’s better than he his. The others will have seen enough of him now, to counter his plans.

Impact player, who is no longer capable of making an impact. Dangerous player but not superior to top class defenders when they've a game plan to stop him. His poor decision making seems to be resurfacing from what I've have seen of him this season.

I’d be interested to see how he’d do at Spurs, imagine Kane getting the ball just inside his own half, looks up, Son set off down the left, Traore flying down the right.

Good luck to any defenders having to deal with that.

Not many players these days without costing mega millions ( a lot more than we sold him for ) can genuinely get most fans off their seats Together several times during a game .
