What is Johnson really after?

I just can't see that he wants to be PM at such a time of crisis, with a thumping GE defeat on the horizon.

His deal with Sunak...I step aside, you knock the investigation on the head?

He then makes a glorious return after the Tories are dumped into opposition?

Agree, power. Status. Sees himself as the man to save the UK (despite him contributing massively to the sh*t we find ourselves in)

He has a huge ego, and a massively over inflated opinion of himself and his capabilities. And no matter what he does, ultimately, there are no repercussions - it's someone else's fault. Never his. Does what he wants, no comebacks.

Self entitled, arrogant c*nt.

But he doesn't do anything with the power when he has it. He just seeks it out.

He's in it solely to satisfy his ego.

He wants to have been a 'historical prime minister', not do the actual work that would ensure that fact.
Exactly. In a weird way it's his one saving grace. He wants the status that goes with it but he also wants a lazy life. More dangerous in a way are committed, full-on fascists like Braverman. Give unadulterated power to a monster like her and she'd be building gas chambers in weeks. Johnson is a sun king.

Initially he’s got what craves, attention. Everybody is talking about…Him. He is bathing in the light of HIM.
But, he must be aware that the light is gradually fading. UnlikeTrump who can with a flick of his tiny, tiny fingers move 20 million + votes in any direction he sends them.

What's he's after is anything he can get his grubby opportunistic hands on.
Both these useless c's were fighting over the steering wheel when they crashed the UK economy.

Truss was Johnsons pick, which shows either he was playing with uk for narcissistic reasons - or he is just genuinely just pig thick. Either way, it tells you all you need to know about him.

Would be nicer to see him preside over the final collapse of the tory government.

I think it was his classics teacher at eton that wrote of a 17 year old Johnson and how detached from responsibility he was.

Found it here’s the note.

He's needy and craves attention.
Financially, a return to being PM would be a disaster for him.
This Sunak vs Johnson battle will be the final nail in the Tory coffin.

Nuts I think. He really loves walnuts and has to stay in the public eye so he can afford to keep topping up his stash. He has a deep fear of running out of walnuts.

Not one comment that attempts to look at policies, politics or his record as PM

And yes even Johnson has policies and therein lies the answer to the question.

🤷🏻‍♂️
That's because he cannot be trusted with anything at all. He changes 'facts' more often than he changes his underwear, and his one abiding interest, above all else, is himself.
