Which managers are available?

Following the Gibbo cycle we are likely to get a complete novice in next - Leadbitter? Then get on the phone to big Sam when it starts going wrong.

Then back to a progressive manager who ends up flopping because of a completely imbalanced squad and poor recruitment.

It’s like a terrible sequel to Groundhog Day.
Leads is a good shout 👌

As long as we can strike a deal with a local gravel company to provide Dyche with all the gravel he needs to gargle with then we might be in with a chance.

I think Burnley having supply issues is what led to their falling out

Stick with the manager. Let him build. Three years used to be a good amount of time for someone to come in and change the whole squad to their liking. Give him the next two windows to try and get us closer to promotion. It's been a big overhaul and we need more. If we're in a similar position in a year's time after two more windows fair enough.

If he's supported I think he will get us there eventually.

He does have to revert to two upfront though for me. And he does have to use what's been given to him. We look a little stale and predictable already.

Would love to see back to two forwards and forss and hope getting some regular introductions from the bench to try and freshen things up a bit.
I'm with Borodrew on this one.

As a few have said above, we've changed manager so many times and the situation remains the same.

In fact, even if we were relegated I'd stick with him.

Managers need time to get the system to work. I do think it will click, but less than a year is not enough time especially given the number of new players that also need time to blend in.

Unfortunately time is not a commodity that is available any more it seems. I get the frustration, but we are not relegated yet. Possibly missing out on automatic yes, but a glance at the table from last year on the 1Oct shows that it can be done.

How is he going to turn it round when he appears to have lost the dressing room, fallen out with the recruitment team and is publicly telling the fans to lower expectation. Sticking with a manager is only the right thing to do if you can see things improving I can't see that happening because he seems to have fallen out with everyone. There's clearly massive issues behind the scenes which are not easy to resolve 10 new players and the squad look absolutely well and truly fúcked off what do we bring another 10 in January and hope things improve.

If we hadn't all wet our knickers when Karanka and the team got relegated he'd still be here now and we'd be in the Champions League... ;)

I'd be sticking with Wilder.

Personally, assuming he'd even drop back to the Championship, I really would not want Sean Dyche.
There's no questioning his record but I don't like him and I don't think I ever enjoyed watching his Burnley side.
